Open Question: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire?

I'm confused, on p 104 of the the Goblet of Fire, Harry is rooting for Bulgaria, but then later, at the bottom of p. 112 the book says he is rooting for Ireland, and it seems that way, so why did J.K. Rowling write about him rooting for Bulgaria? Unless I just read it wrong, or he changed his mind. I'm just confused, can someone clear it up for me. Thanks!
